In the early days of the new school year, the spring bazaar was held at the school.
The school bazaar, held twice a year, has become a very exciting event for the children of our school. Not only can they buy Japanese books and toys, but with the cooperation of parents, they can also enjoy a raffle, and sweets, onigiri (rice balls), homemade bread( just like shop quality!), and other Japanese sweets etc.
This is also an opportunity for the children of the school to experience and practice Japanese language communication, something they are not able to do in their normal lives in the UK.
In the lively atmosphere, each found what they were looking for, and the bazaar ended with lots of happy faces.
